Role Overview: We are looking for dependable Field Service Technicians to carry out scheduled service tasks at customer homes. This opportunity is open for: Full-Time Technicians who want a stable role with a steady flow of service tickets. You will not be responsible for diagnosing problems, our support team will do that. Your role is to carry out the service task as instructed, using the required parts, and ensuring the service is completed on time. All technicians will receive hands-on training on Nosh equipment, service procedures, and customer interaction before starting field assignments. Responsibilities : Review assigned service tickets via the Nosh mobile app. Collect required parts and tools before visiting customer sites. Travel to customer homes as per scheduled service slots. Complete the assigned service tasks (repair, replacement, or adjustment) as specified. Verify successful operation after service and ensure customer satisfaction. Update the mobile app with completion details (time, parts used, notes). Maintain accountability for parts, tools, and service quality. Represent Nosh Robotics with professionalism at all times. Requirements : ITI / diploma/ or equivalent. Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical repair (preferred). Ability to follow clear, step-by-step instructions. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
