Role Overview

We are looking for Diploma Engineers (Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical & Electrical) – 1–2 years of experience are welcome. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field support services, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of field instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide field support services for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instruments such as Control Valves, On/Off Valves, Positioners, and Electrical Actuators.
• Demonstrate devices and provide technical support to customers.
• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through reliable after-sales support.
• Ensure proper documentation of service activities and customer interactions.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation and control devices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with adaptability under pressure.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
