Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation supervision, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales support of elevator components such as controllers, door drives, COPs, LOPs, and other electro-mechanical parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning:
• Supervise and support field technicians and elevator contractors during installation of our components.
• Ensure components are installed as per technical specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of elevator components.
• Customer Support:
• Provide technical support to customers, dealers, and field teams.
• Train customer technicians or site engineers on correct usage and handling of our products.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, fault logs, and installation checklists.
• Provide feedback to the R&D or Quality teams for product improvement.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure all field work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Report safety or compliance issues immediately.
• Spare Parts & Inventory:
• Coordinate with stores or service coordinators for timely availability of spare parts.
• Recommend spare parts for AMC or warranty-based service visits.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or EEE
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety norms and industry standards (EN 81, ISO, etc.) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for field support and service across regions.

Hindi Fluency required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
