Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• On-site Service

  : Attend to

  breakdown calls

  , complete installations, and perform scheduled

  preventive maintenance

  at customer sites in the Mehsana, Patan, or Palanpur areas.

• Technical Support

  : Provide frontline support by using your technical expertise and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues. You will also provide training and demonstrations of products to customers.

• Sales & Revenue

  : Actively promote

  service contracts and consumables

  to meet sales targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong contract retention rate and warranty conversion rate.

• Administrative Tasks

  : Raise requests for parts, close transactions in Oracle, and update service reports. You will also identify potential parts and equipment requirements to generate leads for the sales team.

• Problem-Solving

  : Apply critical thinking to resolve issues within defined procedures. The role requires the ability to analyze technical problems and coordinate with other departments to find solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience

  : A Diploma or Engineering degree in any stream. A minimum of

  4+ years of field service experience

  is required, with a preference for candidates from the

  batch coding industry

  .

• Language

  : You must be familiar with and fluent in the

  local language, Gujarati

  .

• Skills

  : The ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and multitask effectively is essential. You should also possess strong analytical and communication skills.
