PROFILE DESCRIPTION As a Trainee - Quality Control you will be responsible for Incoming Material Inspection, Checking and Maintaining Complete IQC Documents. Role & responsibilities Receiving the materials from the Logistic Department for Inspection and ensure whether the quantities received are as per the Gate entry number. Able to read the drawings and Review of drawing Revision number by referring latest BOM. Inspection of materials as per drawings specifications & as per sampling plan. Sending the rework material to the store department with appropriate tags to send the material to the vendor for rework. Move the accepted materials to the store department with green tag and rejected materials with red tag to the rejected area. Maintaining the inspection reports along with Gate entry, IQR, NCMR & Inspection reports. Ensuring whether the vendor has sent inspection reports and Material certificates for the parts. Regular calibration of the measuring instruments to minimize the measurement uncertainty & ensure proper working of the same. Preparing rejection trend analysis monthly basis and send to reporting manager. As a Trainee Production, you play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes, leading to the production of Finished Goods (FG) post passing through FQC. Your primary responsibilities include Device Assembly, maintaining Device History Record, achieving monthly targets, providing training on new products to operators, identifying and resolving defects in assembled products to enhance First Part Yield, offering ideas for mechanical Parts Assembly to the Engineering team, creating Validation/Improvement inputs and conducting tests on products, supporting L3 servicing of devices, and generating Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMR) for rejected materials.
