Role & responsibilities Daily Coordination with All India Field Service Team. Collating Field issues. Liaisoning with R&D, QA, Manufacturing , Sales ,Finance for resolving Product issues at the faster pace. Coordinating for Product issues ICA-PCA and the SOP validation in plant or field. Tracking & Coordinating the product improvement actions in field vehicles. Service Readiness from plant side for any new launches. Frequent visit in field to understand the actual issues at ground and enable smooth transmissions in between departments. Tracking Daily and Monthly MIS and reports.
