Role & responsibilities Basic level knowledge of Front axle of heavy commercial vehicles. Experience of 2D drawing & 3D cad data creation in Catia. Experience in PLM . Concept preparation of Steering, Front axle, Front axle, Suspension. Supplier interaction and technical requirement sign off. Design calculations, DFA, DFM,DFS, digital validation, DVP preparation, DFMEA, design variational analysis . DMU preparation & ensuring integration in vehicle . First time right design release as per modularity, quality, cost, weight & features meeting safety, CMVR , homologation and VLO requirement. Benchmarking for aggregates. Quality, Manufacturing and field issues resolution. VAVE in aggregates. New Technology adaptation in aggregates.
