Concept preparation of Suspension design in accordance with Steering and front axle design parameters. Supplier interaction and technical requirement sign off. Design calculations, DFA, DFM, DFS, digital validation, DVP preparation, DFMEA, design variational analysis . DMU preparation & ensuring integration in vehicle . First time right design release as per modularity, quality, cost and weight targets. Benchmarking for aggregates. Quality, Manufacturing and field issues resolution. VAVE in aggregates. New Technology adaptation in aggregates.
