Role & responsibilities Experience: 6 to 10 years Tool : Any CAD Tool Shouldd have worked on suspension, braking system, disc brakes or any Manufacturing knowledge must Shd know to do Engineering calculations GD&T.

Key Responsibilities: Design, analysis, and validation of suspension systems (leaf, coil, or hydro-mechanical). Develop suspension geometry, kinematic models, and load path analysis. Conduct vehicle ride, comfort, and stability studies using simulation tools. Interface with chassis, brake, and hydraulic teams for integrated performance. Support field trials and damping, vibration, and fatigue testing. Key Skills: Vehicle dynamics simulation (ADAMS / MATLAB) Suspension design (linkages, bush, damper, spring design) Kinematic & dynamic modeling NVH analysis and fatigue validation Understanding of wheelrail interaction principles Strong analytical and report preparation ability
