Operating within a 24/7 support framework, you will engage with Enphase end users through various communication channels, including outbound calls, emails, chats, and phone calls. Your responsibilities will involve scheduling appointments for support technicians, coordinating site visits, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting all activities in a centralized CRM system. We are seeking individuals who possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSC/MSC) and hold a German C1 Certification. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer support capacity is required for this role. Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in PC systems are essential qualifications. An understanding of electrical concepts, AC/DC circuits, and prior exposure to solar/PV environments will be advantageous.
