• Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities and improve overall revenue growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Field Service Coordination or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of CRM tool usage for managing customer interactions.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with technicians, customers, and internal teams.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
