Job Title: Field Sales Team Lead  Location:  SHIVAJI NAGAR, PUNE NAGPUR NEW SANGVI PUNE KHARADI, PUNE Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (including 2 years in a Team Lead role) Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (minimum 60% marks in Graduation or 12th) About the Role We are looking for a Field Sales Team Lead who can lead a team of sales executives, achieve sales targets, and grow our business by meeting with local businesses and selling our paid subscription packages. This job involves being on the field every day, working closely with your team, solving problems, and ensuring everyone performs at their best. Key Responsibilities This is a 100% field sales job meet with retail business owners to sell our services. Start each day in the office prepare before going out to meet customers. Lead a team of field sales executives and support them in achieving their goals. Help with hiring, training, and managing your team. Conduct daily meetings to guide and motivate the team. Track and improve sales performance and productivity. Use data and leads effectively to boost results. Ensure all reporting and updates are done on time. Go with team members on client visits if needed. Achieve your own sales targets and help your team do the same. Leadership Responsibilities Set a positive example for your team with a strong work ethic. Encourage team members to learn and grow. Solve team issues and keep a healthy work environment. Work closely with senior management to align team goals with company goals. Regularly review team performance and give helpful feedback. Communicate clearly with your team and other departments. Be proactive in solving problems during sales or project execution.   Who Can Apply You must have at least 3 years of work experience, with 2 years leading a team. Experience in companies like Indiamart, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Quikr, Byjus, or Magicbricks is a big plus.
