BI Administrator - Tableau

Job Description

Shift: 3 pm - 12 am IST Tableau Administrator Change Management - Promote content between QA and Prod systems, maintain content to use service account/tokens. Security Groups- Create and manage project folders, create and manage security groups per business requirements, configure/manage virtual connections. User Access - Create new users, set user site role, add new users to security groups Troubleshoot issues, document issue and work with Tableau support, collect logs. System Configuration - Authentication, update certificates and SAML (e.g. annual certificates), configure/enable features, strong Experience working with Databases. SQL Server, SAP HANA, snowflake, Good understanding of networking authentication protocols SSO and security standards. Software Updates - Update Tableau Bridge client to align with Cloud release schedule. vulnerabilities patching. Monitor System - Site Status, Tasks/Jobs, Admin Insights for Extract failures, user adoption reports, stale license cleanup, reclaim unused licenses. Desktop Client - Manage desktop client releases with Help Desk, create switches for install.bat with Help Desk, assist with Tableau Prep installations, provide desktop license keys ArcGIS Admin System Configuration - Authentication, update certificates and SAML (e.g. annual certificates), configure/enable features. Software Updates - Update Server software, license manager and supporting GIS apps, vulnerabilities patching. Troubleshoot issues, document issue and work with vendor support, collect logs. Desktop Client - Assist with desktop client updates with Help Desk. Alteryx Admin System Configuration - Authentication, update certificates and SAML (e.g. annual certificates), configure/enable features. Software Updates - Update Server software, license manager and supporting apps, vulnerabilities patching. User Access - Create new users, set user site role, add new users to security groups.
