dynamic Field Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities:

  • 100% on-field role: Consultative selling, product demos, client meetings.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales executives for merchant acquisition.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct daily team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Drive incentive-based performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Track KPIs, sales funnel, and ensure reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (minimum 60% in Graduation or 12th).
  • 2to 4 years of

    B2B acquisition sales experience

    (Indiamart, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Quikr preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in

    field sales & cold calling

    (mandatory).
  • Prior team-handling experience in acquisition sales.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
