About the Role:

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and institutional customers in assigned areas.
• Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, and local campaigns.
• Conduct site visits and provide product demonstrations to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate water softener solutions.
• Convert leads into confirmed sales and meet assigned monthly targets.
• Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and gather referrals.
• Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and update CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Collaborate with service teams for timely installation and support

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in consumer durables, water treatment, or appliances.
• Strong communication skills in

  Gujarati, Hindi, and English

• Confident in conducting in-person sales meetings and presentations.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with travel within Ahmedabad city.
• Familiarity with using CRM tools and mobile sales reporting apps.
