About the Role:

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell consumer products.
• Clearly articulate product features and benefits, and resolve customer queries.
• Follow up on leads and ensure consistent pipeline conversion.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with product information, pricing, and promotional offers

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

  in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of telesales, inside sales, or customer service experience; experience in consumer products/FMCG is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in

  Gujarati, Hindi, and English

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in handling objections and closing sales over the phone.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
