Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, which can include developers, government bodies, and end-users across various industries like solar, chemical, and oil & gas.
  • Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within specific sectors, such as commercial, industrial, or utility-scale projects.
  • Proposal Development:Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, technical specifications, and presentations for potential EPC projects to meet client needs.
  • Contract Negotiation:Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, and scope of work, to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  • Sales Target Achievement:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics to support business growth strategies.
  • Internal Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering, procurement, project management, and operations, to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting & Administration:Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project updates in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales & Negotiation Skills:Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close high-value contracts.
  • Technical Understanding:A solid understanding of the engineering processes, technical aspects of the relevant sector (e.g., solar, chemical), and project scopes.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical and commercial information to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Market Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of the specific EPC market, including key players, trends, and technologies.
  • Experience:Experience in EPC sales, technical sales, or related fields within the relevant industry sector is often required.
  • Self-Motivation:A highly self-motivated and results-driven individual capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
