Job Title:- Business Development Officer

Location: Preferred Location:- Uttrakhand

Salary: 2.16- 3 LPA + Incentives

Field Sales Responsibilities

1- Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential customers within assigned territory.
  • Visit prospects regularly to build pipeline and generate interest.
  • Conduct market research to discover new opportunities.

2-Client Meetings & Relationship Building

  • Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with leads and existing clients.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

3-Sales Presentations & Negotiations

  • Deliver compelling product/service demonstrations.
  • Handle objections with confidence and provide clarifications.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.

4-Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Ensure consistent revenue generation through repeat and new business.
  • Track and report daily/weekly progress to management.

5-Market & Competitor Insights

  • Collect and share feedback on customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.

6-Brand Representation

  • Represent the company professionally during field visits, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to strengthen brand reputation.

7-Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, conversations, and sales outcomes.
  • Submit daily activity reports, expense statements, and pipeline updates.

8-Team & Process Contribution

  • Share learnings and best practices with peers.
  • Support overall sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure smooth service delivery.



What We Need From You

  • 1-3 years of hard core selling experience. Field & TeleSales.
  • Industry experience preferred:- Travel & Tourism, Hospitality.
  • Proven past achievement record in previous experiences.
  • Expert in converting lower ticket size deals.
  • Expert in leadership quality, can work independently, much of problem solver rather complainer
  • Maintain and convert a healthy lead pipeline.
  • Should be ready to extend the support whenever required.
  • Ready to align himself or herself with company goals
  • Fluent in English and at least one regional language.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to sell with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong follow-up and ability to handle objections smartly.
  • Want to build a career, not just do a job.
