Job Title:- Founding Sales Expert Hotel Onboarding

Location: Work From Home (Remote)

Job Type :- Full time

Joining :- 14 Sep 2025

Salary: 25K P.M+ Incentives 2.40 LPA

Your Day-To-Day Activities

  • Call and pitch hoteliers, taxi drivers, and travel agents using provided leads.
  • Educate clients on Travifai’s mission and model.
  • Convert cold leads and onboard customers with an entry-level fee.
  • Follow up, maintain relationships, and guide them post-onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed weekly conversion targets.


What We Need From You

  • 1-3 years of hard core selling experience. Online Offline
  • Industry experience preferred:- Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Digital Marketing, BPO, Insurance, SaaS
  • Proven past achievement record in previous experiences.
  • Expert in converting lower ticket size deals.
  • Expert in leadership quality, can work independently, much of problem solver rather complainer
  • Maintain and convert a healthy lead pipeline.
  • Should be ready to extend the support whenever required.
  • Ready to align himself or herself with company goals
  • Fluent in English and at least one regional language.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to sell with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong follow-up and ability to handle objections smartly.
  • Want to build a career, not just do a job.
