Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Doing cold calls to potential clients and customers
  • Explain products/services and their benefits clearly.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on warm leads to convert into sales.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in either Tele or Field Sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Goal-driven with a positive attitude.
