We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to drive our business with Indian Railways. The candidate will be responsible for leading the railway sales vertical, managing a team, expanding our reach across zones, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone with deep domain knowledge, leadership skills, and a growth mindset. Qualifications 5+ years of proven sales experience with Indian Railways (Zones, Divisions, Workshops, Production Units) Strong network and understanding of railway procurement systems (GeM, IREPS, Manual) Experience in leading and managing a sales team across multiple regions Track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business footprint in government sector Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills Growth-oriented mindset with ability to drive performance and open new opportunities Willingness to travel extensively across zones Compensation: Competitive + Performance Incentives Employment Type: Full-Time
