Field Sales Manager

RT Network Solutions, a leading provider of Digital Marketing and Website Design & Development services, is looking for a Target-Oriented Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of Digital Marketing services (SEO, Social media marketing) and Website Design & Mobile App Development solutions. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE FOR AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS IN KOLKATA MARKET. Conduct cold calls and cold visits to potential clients to generate leads. Identify and acquire new clients through proactive field sales efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business. Perform market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Ensure clear and professional communication with clients at every stage. What we’re looking for AT LEAST 3 TO 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN FIELD SALES AND MUAT HAVE 1 TO 2 YEARS PRESENT EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES (SEO, SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING) AND WEBSITE DESIGN & MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS (OPTIONAL) FIELD SALES. Proven track record in field sales or related digital marketing fields (MUST HAVE). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong ability to work independently and achieve targets. Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Must be comfortable with cold calling and field visits. Knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and Website services will be an added advantage.
