We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be adept at selling across various industries, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable making high volumes of calls to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell the company’s products/services. Respond promptly to inbound queries, provide accurate product information, and resolve customer concerns. Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with prospects via phone or email to nurture relationships and close sales. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine the sales pitch and approach. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role (2–5 years). Adept at selling across a variety of industries and customer profiles. Age between 22–35 years. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Fluent in [English / Local Language (Telugu and Hindi etc.)]. Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM software is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is preferred. Preferred Attributes: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior exposure to fast-paced sales environments will be an added advantage.
