Field Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for driving business from an assigned set of channel partners in the Rajkot territory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gain a thorough understanding of the markets in the Rajkot territory - Build productive relationships with key partner resources and owners in assigned partner accounts - Support partners in generating new and renewal business, aligning with partner performance objectives - Meet sales targets from partner accounts - Onboard and actively engage new partners - Lead joint partner planning processes to drive mutual performance - Identify and validate partner needs regularly - Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources - Manage potential channel conflicts effectively - Drive adoption of company programs among partners - Develop expertise on company products/brands and train partner teams - Previous experience with IT, B2B Software products is advantageous **Qualifications:** - Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA You should possess good Communication and Negotiation Skills, a Go-Getter Attitude, Accountability for business and responsibilities, Sense of urgency and ability to work independently, and be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
