Job Description

The Sales Manager for the Building Material Industry will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the assigned regions. You will lead and manage sales teams, develop sales strategies, and nurture client relationships to meet business objectives. Your role will involve close coordination with the marketing team and other departments to ensure seamless product sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in Pune, Maharashtra. - Manage and lead the regional sales teams to ensure high performance and goal attainment. - Identify and nurture key client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts and promotions. - Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
