New customers ko identify karke unse baat karna aur unki loan requirement samajhna. Team ko guide, motivate aur monitor karke sales target achieve karwana. Existing customers ke sath strong relationship maintain karna. Daily/weekly sales reports prepare karke management ko update karna. Market trends aur competitors ke activities ka analysis karna. 🎯 Requirements: Qualification: HSC/Graduate preferred. Minimum 1-3 saal ka sales experience (Loan/Finance industry mein hona advantage hoga). Strong communication & negotiation skills. Leadership qualities aur team handling ka experience.
