Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies and meeting sales targets by identifying and gaining new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include visiting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with customers. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales strategy development and target achievement
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Ability to analyze market trends and prepare sales reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Kolkata
