Field Sales Manager

As a Centre Head for Secured Loans including Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products, your primary responsibilities will involve acquiring new customers, developing distribution channels, and ensuring the profitability of the centre. You will be tasked with achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets, managing portfolio quality, and ensuring timely collections. Compliance with credit policies and KYC norms will be a crucial aspect of your role, along with enhancing brand visibility through local market penetration via marketing activities. Additionally, you will play a key role in leading, motivating, and guiding the sales team towards achieving business goals. To excel in this position, you should hold a Post-Graduation/Graduation degree from a reputed institute with a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in HL & LAP sales. A proven track record in team handling and meeting secured loan sales targets will be essential. In-depth market knowledge of secured loan products, competition, and customer segments is required. Flexibility to travel and relocate to different locations as per business requirements is expected. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital sales tools is necessary. Additionally, owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a mandatory requirement for this role.,
