Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive Career counselling, Stess Management and manage sales operations within the Govt/Private school segment in Delhi NCR. The role involves building strong relationships with school management, identifying new business opportunities, result oriented & ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the school sector for career counselling and stress management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, school owners, and decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, school visits, and networking.
• Present and promote company services to schools through meetings, presentations, and demos.
• Monitor market trends to stay ahead.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline status updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and after-sales support.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage institutional sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
• Leadership qualities to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet schools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or any related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in sales Delhi NCR Schools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,939.68 per month
