The ideal candidate for this position should hold a degree in BE, BCA, MCA, or BTECH in Computer Science. As a part of the key deliverables, you will collaborate with development teams to formulate testing scenarios and devise strategies for various tests to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product. Your responsibilities will encompass functionality testing, usability testing, performance testing, compatibility testing, security testing, and regression testing. Additionally, you will be accountable for API testing, specifically Rest APIs. It is imperative that you are adept at crafting and executing detailed test cases, encompassing manual, integration, and regression tests. You are also expected to develop exhaustive and well-structured test plans and test cases, along with a comprehensive understanding of Business Requirement Specification. The desired candidate should possess a strong understanding of Testing/QA concepts, with proficiency in Manual Testing; automation skills would be advantageous. Experience in load testing using JMeter is preferred, along with a minimum of 1.5 years of testing experience in reputable organizations. Proficiency in Defect Tracking Tools such as JIRA and Confluence is essential, along with familiarity with operating systems like Windows and Linux. Experience in working within an Agile development process is highly valued. The role will require you to conduct testing for both Mobile and Web applications, necessitating the ability to think from both a Developer and User standpoint while formulating Use cases. You should be capable of drafting conclusive and testable use cases, identifying potential use cases, and developing test cases to ensure a seamless user experience. Proficiency in stress and functionality testing, writing test scripts, composing Developer-friendly Bug reports, and diligently following up are key competencies required for this role.,
