Customer Engagement: Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and handle objections. Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of automotive parts (tyres, batteries, lubricants, welding electrodes etc.) and willingness to learn product specifications. Sales Orientation: Confidence in pitching products, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address customer queries and provide practical solutions. 📊 Supporting Skills :- Market Awareness: Interest in learning about local automotive trends and competitor offerings. Adaptability: Flexibility to work in field sales, dealership visits, and customer-facing environments. Team Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with service staff, suppliers, and management. Basic Digital Skills: Comfort with WhatsApp, email, and simple CRM/Excel tools for reporting.
