Field Sales Executive

To expand our reach, we are looking for dynamic Sales Executives with strong field sales experience and a passion for software sales. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Generate leads and acquire new customers for Tally software & related services. Conduct field visits, client meetings, and software demonstrations. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure revenue growth. Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support. Work closely with the support team for smooth onboarding & training of clients. 🔹 Skills Required Proven experience in software sales / IT solutions / retail field sales. Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Basic knowledge of business/accounting software (Tally preferred). Self-motivated, result-oriented & customer-focused mindset. ✅ Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of sales experience (software/IT sales preferred). Previous retail field sales / B2B sales experience is mandatory. Background in ERP/Accounting/Software/SaaS sales will be an advantage. Candidates from FMCG, Telecom, BFSI, EdTech, Consumer Electronics with strong sales performance are also welcome.
