About the Opportunity

Field Sales

Executives / Relationship Managers

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales:

    Visit schools, colleges, bookstores, or distributors to pitch educational products, courses, or learning solutions.
  • Relationship Building:

    Develop long-term partnerships with principals, teachers, students, and channel partners.
  • Brand Promotion:

    Conduct demos, seminars, and on-ground activations (college events, tech parks, education fairs).
  • Market Research:

    Explore new opportunities, track competitors, and share on-ground insights with the team.
  • Reporting & CRM:

    Maintain daily activity reports, update leads, and track conversions in the CRM system.

Who You Are

  • Graduate from any stream (Freshers welcome; sales experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English + local language).
  • Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable with extensive field travel.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must have:

    Two-wheeler and valid driving license.
