Role Description

The Field Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales within the Vadodara region. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring the individual to identify and engage potential clients, build and sustain relationships with customers, and provide product demonstrations and technical explanations for our analytical instruments. Daily activities include meeting sales targets, managing client accounts, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must also remain up-to-date with industry trends and participate in marketing and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing experience with strong client relationship management and customer engagement skills
• Technical understanding of Analytical, Chromatography, Spectroscopy, Biotechnology, and Clinical Diagnostics instruments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet sales targets effectively
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
• A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales of analytical instruments or biotechnology products is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits
