Our products are manufactured using AISI 304 and 202 grades and are BIS (ISI Marked) and GreenPro Certified, ensuring superior durability, hygiene, and sustainability. With a portfolio of 100+ sizes, multiple finishes, and a proven supply record with leading builders, contractors, and government agencies across India, Navkar has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and competitive pricing. As part of our expansion strategy, we are strengthening our presence in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh and are looking for a committed Field Sales Executive who can undertake extensive field visits and build long-term customer relationships across the region. Role ObjectiveTo promote and sell Navkar Stainless Steel Kitchen Sinks by engaging with Real Estate Developers, Builders, Housing Contractors, and Government Housing Agencies across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The role involves sampling, quotation submission, follow-ups, order execution, and payment coordination. Key ResponsibilitiesRegularly visit Real Estate Developers, Contractors, Builders, Architects, and Government Housing Agencies. Present the complete stainless steel kitchen sink range, including specifications, models, finishes, and key advantages. Understand project requirements and recommend suitable product solutions. Provide product samples and gather customer feedback. Prepare and submit quotations with consistent follow-up. Convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Coordinate with the Head Office for order processing, dispatch, and delivery. Ensure timely payment collection as per company policies. Maintain daily visit reports, inquiry tracking, and monthly sales MIS. Extensive travel required – 5 days a week on field visits, with 12–15 days of outstation travel per month. Required SkillsStrong communication and relationship-building abilities Experience in sales of building materials (preferred) Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business) Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline 2–5 years of field sales experience Prior experience in building materials / sanitaryware / construction products preferred Two-wheeler with valid driving licence compulsory CompensationFixed Salary Travel Allowances Performance-based Sales Incentives
