Product: Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink Industry: Real Estate, Construction, Government Housing ProjectsRole Objective To promote and sell Navkar Stainless Steel Kitchen Sinks by meeting Real Estate Developers, Builders, Housing Contractors, and Government Agencies across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State. Responsible for sampling, quotations, order execution, and payment follow-up. Key Responsibilities• Meet Developers, Contractors, Builders, Government Housing Agencies and generate business.• Present and introduce stainless steel kitchen sink product range.• Understand project requirements and suggest suitable models/finishes.• Arrange samples and collect feedback from clients.• Prepare, share, and follow up on quotations.• Convert inquiries into orders and coordinate dispatch/delivery with HO.• Ensure timely payment collection as per company policy.• Maintain daily visit reports, inquiry trackers, and monthly sales updates.• Travel 5 days a week; outstation travel 12–15 days/month.Required Skills• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Experience in building materials sales preferred• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business)Qualification & Experience• Graduate (any discipline)• 2–5 years of field sales experience in construction/building materials preferredCompensation• Fixed Salary• Travel Allowances• Sales Incentives (Performance-based)
