Job Description

Position: Field Sales Executive Location: Gurugram, Sector 48 Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1–3 years in field sales (preferably SaaS, HRMS, or B2B software sales) We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team and drive growth on the ground. Key Responsibilities • Identify and visit potential clients (startups, SMEs, corporates) to promote Our software. • Conduct product demos and explain key HR & payroll features. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. • Gather market feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams. • Represent Our software at networking events, industry meets, and local business communities. Requirements • Proven experience in field sales / direct B2B sales. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field travel. • Basic understanding of HR/payroll processes (preferred but not mandatory). • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
