Familiarity with Raymond's product line (fabrics, ready-to-wear) is highly desirable. Skills: Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and present compelling proposals. Interpersonal Skills: A strong ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Problem-Solving: The ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. Time Management: Highly organized and able to manage a busy schedule with frequent travel. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively throughout Rajasthan to cover the assigned territory. Additional: A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are often required. Primary Job Description: B2B SalesThe primary role of the Field Sales Officer is to drive sales and expand Raymond's market presence in Rajasthan by targeting B2B clients, which includes garment manufacturers, uniform suppliers, tailors, and corporate businesses. The core responsibilities include: Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential B2B customers. Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective clients to present Raymond's products. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports on market conditions and sales performance to the management. Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues promptly. Foster strong, long-term relationships to ensure client retention and loyalty.
