Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining our range of services, and guiding them through the consultation and onboarding process. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to follow up effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling. Explain Radiance Group’s services in detail and provide effective consultation based on client needs. Build strong relationships with clients and maintain consistent follow-ups. Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with prospective clients. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and terms. Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups. Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales or a similar role is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert preferred languages]. Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions. Confident, well-groomed, and presentable in formal attire. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Qualifications: Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate in any stream. Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone usage.
