Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling. Explain Radiance Group’s services in detail and provide effective consultation based on client needs. Build strong relationships with clients and maintain consistent follow-ups. Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with prospective clients. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and terms. Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups. Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales or a similar role is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert preferred languages]. Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions. Confident, well-groomed, and presentable in formal attire. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Quantity Surveyor mumbra kausa, thane 2 - 31 years INR 1.44 - 3.0 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Key Responsibilities. Quantity EstimationPrepare quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and site measurements. Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for tenders, contracts, and internal budgeting. Conduct site surveys to verify quantities and cross-check with approved drawings. Calculate material, labor, and equipment requirements for smooth project execution. Support the tendering process by providing accurate quantity and cost estimates. B. Billing & Documentation Prepare client bills as per contract terms and site progress. Verify subcontractor/vendor bills against actual work executed. Ensure compliance with IS codes, contract specifications, and company standards. Maintain RA bills, final bills, measurement sheets, and reconciliation statements. Track and manage advance payments, retention amounts, and security deposits.
