Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team. Your primary role will be to visit potential clients, explain about our products benefits, features, and onboard them as clients. Job Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential clients in the assigned area. Pitch and explain how it can help grow their business. Conduct product demonstrations and answer queries. Help clients complete onboarding and documentation process. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Gather feedback from the field and report to the internal team. Key Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Experience in field sales, vendor onboarding is an advantage. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Comfortable with field work and meeting daily targets. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must. Must be willing to travel locally within Erode District. Compensation: Salary based on experience Petrol allowance provided Incentives after 6 months based on performance
