 Job Title: Marketing Field Sales Executive – Merchant Loans Department: Lending – Merchant Loans Personal Loans Location: [Madurai] Reports To: Sales Manager / Area Sales Head Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive merchant loan sales in the assigned territory. The role involves direct interaction with merchants, onboarding them onto the Paytm platform, and educating them about our loan products and services to increase loan adoption and disbursement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential merchants (retailers, shop owners, small businesses) in the market. Pitch Paytm's merchant loan products (such as Merchant loan, Personal Loan, SIP Gold, Cross selling, etc.). Assist merchants in completing onboarding documentation and KYC. Educate merchants on eligibility, loan process, interest rates, repayment terms, and digital repayment methods. Follow up with leads for document collection, application submission, and disbursal process. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and reporting metrics. Maintain and update field sales data and customer feedback. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 0–2 years in field sales, preferably in fintech, NBFC, or lending domains. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in field visits. Basic understanding of merchant financing and lending products. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with mobile apps, digital payments, and KYC procedures. Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
