Field Sales Executive

Lead Generation & Sourcing: Actively source new business customers, primarily small and medium enterprises (SMEs), in the assigned territory for working capital loan products (e.g., business loans, cash credit, overdraft, invoice discounting). Client Meetings: Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and their representatives to understand their financial requirements and assess their suitability for a loan. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals. Inquiry Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving their queries regarding the loan application, documentation, and disbursal process. Document Collection & Scrutiny: Collect and ensure the accuracy and completeness of required documents, such as financial statements, bank statements, business registration papers, and KYC documents. Essential Skills Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales closing skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local language. Relationship Management: Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with business owners. Time Management & Organization: Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline of leads, and prioritize field visits efficiently. Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of working capital finance, financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet), and business cash flows. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), particularly in lending. Other: A valid driving license, helmet and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography.
