Looking for Sales Managers /Executives who are meeting Architects and Builders and Contractors , who are in to the sales of any Building Material Sales / Construction Material Sales , like : Paint , Wood , Glass, Tiles , Fittings and Pipes , Lighting , Electrical Wiring /cabling , Iron & Steel , UPVC Doors and Windows etc
Generate enquiries & offer the quotation to the client.
Follow up with client on submitted offers, negotiate, and close the order in line with companypoliciesFollow-up and ensure timely collections from the customers as per the agreed payment terms.Provide necessary reports i.e. MIS and information as required by management from time to time Meet architects / consultants for specifying our products and get new business. Develop new customers / area & manage existing customersVisit the project site and get first hand feel of the site conditions and then plan for next activity.Customer relations management and customer service for both Internal & external customers
