This role involves making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our plans. 5 Key Expectations: Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for life insurance policy generation. Lead Management & Conversion: Efficiently manage a database of leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into paying customers through persuasive and informative communication. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess clear, confident, and empathetic communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers over the phone. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our life insurance products to accurately answer customer questions and tailor solutions to their specific needs. Adherence to Compliance: Follow all company and regulatory guidelines for tele-calling, data handling, and sales processes to ensure ethical and compliant practices.
