Job Description

Responsibilities Make outbound calls to the provided leads and reach out to the designated contact person. Follow the provided calling script to explain the intent of the call and highlight the benefits of the product/service. If redirected to the concerned decision-maker, introduce and explain the product/service effectively. Convert customer interest into action by guiding them through the registration, sign-up, or purchase process during the call. Maintain regular follow-up with customers until registration or purchase is successfully completed. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, persuasive, and engaging approach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules.
