Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive based in Lucknow. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about products, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and following up on leads. The role includes achieving sales targets, updating call logs, and ensuring customer satisfaction by handling complaints and queries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

• Effective Communication and Telephone Etiquette skills
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Data Entry and Record Keeping skills
• Sales and Lead Generation experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in telecalling or a similar role is advantageous
• High school, Any Graduate or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing or a related field is a plus
