Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products/services to enterprise customers, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
Maintain a database of customer calls and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Report customer feedback and market insights to the team lead.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
