Field Sales Executive

Role Overview: You are an enthusiastic Field Sales Executive joining a dynamic solar sales team at Sunboost Energy, a leading EPC solar company in India. Your primary responsibility will be understanding customers" energy needs and offering solar rooftop solutions tailored to their requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct door-to-door and targeted field sales in the assigned area - Generate, qualify, and convert leads for residential rooftop solar projects - Explain solar benefits, ROI, subsidy, and finance options to customers - Coordinate site surveys, installation planning, and documentation - Follow up with customers from inquiry to closure - Update lead status and sales pipeline using CRM tools - Ensure monthly targets are met for leads and conversions - Provide valuable feedback from the field to the marketing and technical teams Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of relevant field sales experience, preferably in solar, real estate, insurance, or consumer products - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Familiarity with the local market and customer behavior - Basic understanding of solar technology (training provided) - Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Additional Company Details: Sunboost Energy offers a competitive salary based on experience, high incentives, travel and mobile allowances, accidental insurance, monthly and quarterly performance bonuses, on-site sales training, solar certification, and fast-tracked promotion opportunities based on performance.
