Job Title : Tele Marketer_ Dispatch Job Location : Ahmedabad Job Type : Full Time Salary : Best in the industry Job Timings : 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM // 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (US Shift) Key Responsibilities: · Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the transportation/logistics sector. · Clearly communicate the value of our dispatching services and build rapport with potential leads. · Qualify prospects and schedule appointments or transfers to the sales/dispatching team. · Follow up on warm leads and maintain regular contact with prospects. · Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. · Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. · Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client need. Requirements & Skills : · Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales (experience in dispatching or logistics industry is a plus). · Excellent communication and persuasion skills – must be able to confidently speak with business owners and decision-makers. · Ability to handle objections and convert cold leads into warm opportunities. · Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure. · Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills. · Strong English speaking skills; additional languages are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: · Prior experience working in a dispatching company or logistics sales. · Knowledge of U.S. transportation industry terminology and dispatching services. · Prior experience in cold calling and lead generation in a USA-based company.
